This year I am participating in the Utica Heart Run/Walk to help raise awareness of heart diseases and donate money to the American Heart Association.
Helping to end heart disease is very important to me because some of my family members have suffered from heart diseases. Doctors have extensive knowledge on the human heart but there is still more to learn to help care for the heart. Informing and encouraging people about living heart healthy will help achieve this goal.
