We Walk to Save Lives!

   I  am one out of ten people , who survived a sudden cardiac arrest , outside of a hospital setting.  During a church mass,  three bystanders did become my lifesavers , by performing immediate CPR. An EMT arrived  with his AED and the third shock was the charm ! I came back in his ambulance talking .
I shocked him !  Coming back from a SCA , so quickly , is generally unheard of .However , talking did not shock those , who know me best ! 
      Cardiac arrests  can happen anywhere and to anyone . As a community , we need to be ready. With just minutes to spare,  knowing what to do , can make the difference between life and death. ​Just like my "Angels"were there for me , you can be there for someone you love.  
    Since teaching is what I do best , my purpose has become to educate others on SCAs,  CPR and  the availability of AEDs, Walking to Save Lives has become a part of this purpose. Please help us to reach our goal by joining  our team or donating  to Ann's Angels.  Every dollar raised means more people trained in CPR , more research , and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn  all bystanders into lifesavers and save lives, just like mine.
