I Walk to Save Lives!

I am walking in memory of my brother, Jonathan D. Kirk. 

Jonathan was the most generous, thoughtful and amazing person. For several years, he was the Team Captain of Team Huge Heart. It is my honor to walk in his memory. 

Jonathan fought hard since he was 18 and was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. Having received a pacemaker, an LVAD and a heart transplant, Jonathan was brave through it all. 

Please consider donating and joining our team to walk in Jonathan's memory.  Let's help put an end to heart disease.
