Our family is participating in the Heart Walk to raise awareness for pediatric stroke. Our 2-year-old daughter, Thea, experienced a stroke, and since then, we've seen the need to raise awareness about the impact of strokes on young children. We want to help ensure that more families are educated about pediatric stroke and that the necessary resources are available for early diagnosis, treatment, and support. By walking together, we are not only honoring our daughter's journey but also advocating for others who are affected by this rare and life-changing condition. We hope our participation inspires more people to learn about pediatric stroke and the importance of heart health at every age.
