In May 2024, Domenick was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital. After a week-long stay, he received life-changing news—he had been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. While the diagnosis was a shock, it also provided answers to the symptoms he had been experiencing for months.

Determined to turn this challenge into an opportunity for growth, Domenick committed himself to his health with unwavering focus and dedication to his family. His journey hasn’t been easy. Managing medications, making difficult dietary changes, and coping with the daily anxieties of living with CHF require constant effort—effort that often goes unseen.

Today, one year later, I want to take a moment to recognize all of Domenick’s hard work. I am incredibly proud of him and the choices he makes every day to improve his health and well-being.
