In 2012, my Dad was taken from this world by cardiac arrest. He was the most silliest, multi-talented, and loving person in my life and I am so proud to be his daughter and to be honoring him by walking at this year's Heart Walk in Richmond.
Cardiac arrest happen everywhere and at any given moment, no matter how healthy a person is or if there is no inkling of CVD.
This Non-Profit is commited to spread awareness and teach CPR (regular and hands-only), and puts on amazing annual fundraisers to continue to fund these life-saving programs and events.
