Heart disease is sadly prevalent in my family tree ? from my father surviving his heart attack, to my aunts and uncles battling their own cardiac events, and unfortunately losing my grandparents, and most recently, my uncle Kevin earlier in August to heart disease.  

In honor of their memories and in support of my family, I want to do my part in spreading awareness.
