On March 11, 2025, I lost my dad to a massive heart attack, and my world hasn’t been the same since. He was my anchor and a constant source of unconditional love. If he could be here now, I know he’d be helping my family pick up the pieces, as he always did. His absence is felt every single day, and I miss him more than words can say.
His sudden passing was a heartbreaking reminder of how vital heart health is—not only for ourselves but for the people we love.
This walk is my way of honoring my dad, keeping his legacy alive, and contributing to the fight against cardiovascular disease. I’m walking to carry his spirit forward and to make a difference, so fewer families have to experience the pain of losing someone to heart disease.
To everyone who donates to this cause: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your generosity and support mean the world, and your contribution could help save lives. I also encourage you to take life-saving steps, like learning CPR or donating blood—small acts that could make a huge impact in emergencies. Together, we can give hope and help in ways that truly matter.
To my dad: I will always try my best to honor you. I love you.
