As in previous years, I walk in commemoration of my father-in-law, Keith Simmons, who passed from a heart attack in July 2016. This year I also walk to honor and remember a dear friend who recently passed in September, Lt. James Black. A wonderful friend and and consummate police officer, we miss you, Jim!
