June 17th 2023 was a life changing year for me.
I thought that I was perfectly fine as far as my health was concerned. Played recreational and school sports throughout my adolescence and also played Collegiate and semi professional sports as well.
All my physicals and check ups were normal, But then one chest pain revealed something else.
June 17th 2023, was the day that I was told that I had Coronary Artery Disease (C.A.D.), a narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries due to build up which causes Heart Attacks or Angina.
A complete life changer. I didn't know how and I was afraid.
After hours of tests and evaluations, a stent was placed in my heart to keep things flowing the correct way. Until this day, I still don't understand how I was to bear this however it's The Creator's plan.
