Hi Guys! It's ya girl "Stephi The Light" and by now you all know I walk in light.

On Sept. 7th, I am walking for self-care. I walking for self-love. For me, a healthy heart is a happy heart-and every step I take radiates that belief. Here's the kicker: nearly 60% of Black women aged 20 and over are living with some form of cardiovascular disease. Sixty. Percent. That's more than half of us, and I refuse to be on the wrong side of that statistic.

My journey in the Heart Walk isn't just about movement; it's about honoring the resilience, strength, and brilliance within Black women and within myself.

So I'm lacing up, strutting my stuff, and making every step count - for my health, for my sisters, and for anyone who believes in loving yourself enough to get moving.
