I walk because my story could have ended, but it didn't. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and other CRFs while the journey has been hard, I am still here.

Heart disease has touched my family deeply. I lost my sister before the age of 25 to heart failure, and recently, my daughter was diagnosed with Left Ventricular Noncompaction Cardiomyopathy (LVNC).

I walk to honor my sister.

I walk to fight for my daughter.

I walk because I survived.

Every step I take helps raise awareness, support research, and create more survivors like me. Together, we can save lives.
