This profile picture captures why the American Heart Association is so important to me. Heart disease unfortunately is a major issue throughout the Strigle family. My grandfather and all seven of his brothers died from heart disease in their 50's and 60's. My father suffered his first heart attack in 1984 at the age of 45. With the advancements in heart treatments, he lived to almost 80 years old, and he did not die from heart disease. I want to do everything I can to save future Strigle's from dying from heart disease.
