My "WHY" is very personal.  I am walking to help save the lives of those who suffer with heart disease. 

 

My uncle, Tyrone Smalls, passed away from heart disease in October 2024. He was only 62 years old.  He and I grew up like siblings.  He was a big part of our family and his presence is truly missed.

 

While going through his battle with heart disease, the disease also took a toll on his kidneys.  This showed me that it isn't just the one battle.  Heart disease can lead to many life threatening challenges. So, the doctors end up trying to heal multiple systems in the body.

 

I'm walking to raise money so that people who suffer like my uncle did can get testing, treatment, and prayerfully, cured.  Help me reach my goal today by joining our team or donating towards our goal. Together, we can turn lives around.
