I’m not just walking. I’m Heartwalking. My participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Imagine the impact if we reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 25 percent by 2025. We all know at least one or more family members, friends or loved ones who are impacted by cardiovascular disease - whether this is from AFib, Heart Attack or Stroke...so why not help to change this?
