I walk for my family, for my boys, and for the people I love. â¤ï¸ Every step I take is for them—and for every family who has been touched by heart disease or sudden cardiac arrest.
Did you know that more than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of a hospital each year? In those critical moments, survival often depends on the people standing nearby. The truth is, in an emergency, the first responder is you.
That’s why the Heart Walk matters. The goal is to create a nation of lifesavers—a movement where more people know CPR, more people are ready to act, and more lives are saved. You don’t need medical training to administer CPR—you need knowledge, and you need courage.
As the American Heart Association reminds us: “You are the help until help arrives.” ð’ª It’s a call to service, a reminder that each of us can make a difference when it matters most.
Together, we’re building momentum for 2025 and beyond. I’m proud to walk, to give, and to stand up for a future with more lifesavers and more survivors.
Join me—walk, give, or learn CPR. Let’s do this for the people we love.
