As a Master of Public Health student, I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of my community, especially African Americans who face higher risks of cardiovascular disease. Cardiac arrest can happen anytime, anywhere-at home, at work, or in public spaces-and too often our communities are unprepared. My mission is to raise awareness, expand education, and empower families with the knowledge and tools needed to prevent heart disease and respond effectively when emergencies strike.
Through the American Heart Association Heart Walk, I am committed to saving lives, reducing health disparities, and building a healthier future for generations to come. Please help me meet my goal by supporting this mission-together, we can make a lasting difference in heart health and save lives in our community.
