Cardiac Rehab - Heart & Stroll
Here at SVBGH Cardiac Rehab we help people regain their strength and confidence after a heart event or procedure. This year we are supporting the American Heart Association in their annual walk on November 15th! Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
