2026 marked 18 years since I joined the American Heart Association. I have met so many incredible people. Children born with congenital heart defects; adults who've survived heart attacks and strokes; and people who bring their passion to our cause to make sure more people live their best lives. 

So many of you are some of the amazing people I've met! And many of you have supported my Heart Walk team in the past. 

I hope you'll join us in fighting heart disease and stroke by donating to my Heart Walk team! I'd love to raise $1800 this year to mark my 18 years with Heart!
