Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere. It happened to us in our homes overnight, and without immediate CPR by our husbands, our stories—our survival—wouldn’t exist.

9 out of 10 people who have a cardiac arrest outside of the hospital don’t make it. We’re incredibly lucky our lives didn’t end that way—and it’s only because someone knew what to do in those first few minutes.
