I’m walking in the American Heart Association’s Wall Street Run & Heart Walk because this mission is personal to me.
I lost both my mother, grandmother and grandfather to heart-related conditions.
Each year, hundreds of thousands of cardiac arrests occur outside the hospital, and nearly 90% are fatal.
The difference is often simple: whether someone nearby knows how—and is willing—to perform CPR.
Immediate action can double or triple a person’s chance of survival.
This is why I’m walking.
To help fund training, research, and awareness so more people are prepared to act when it matters most.
Every contribution helps turn a bystander into a lifesaver.
I Walk to Save Lives—thank you for your support.
