We walk for our daughter, our HEART WARRIOR - Sadie Hope Conway! She was diagnosed at birth with a Congenital Heart Defect called Double Outlet Right Ventricle. At 2 months old, Sadie was admitted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she underwent open heart surgery to repair her heart. Sadie is receiving the best follow up care by her cardiologist, Dr. Karen Lurito. We're grateful to have such a loving, supportive care team close to home here in Northeast PA! Sadie also has the biggest and BEST fan club - our amazing family, our friends and most importantly her twin sister, Skylar!
