We walk for our HEART WARRIOR - Sadie Hope Conway!  She was diagnosed at birth with a Congenital Heart Defect called Double Outlet Right Ventricle. At 2 months old, Sadie was admitted to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she successfully underwent open heart surgery to repair her heart. Sadie is now thriving alongside her twin sister, Skylar!
