2026 Northeast PA Heart Walk
Team Sadie Hope
We walk for our HEART WARRIOR - Sadie Hope Conway! She was diagnosed at birth with a Congenital Heart Defect called Double Outlet Right Ventricle. At 2 months old, Sadie was admitted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she underwent open heart surgery to repair her heart. Sadie is receiving the best follow up care by her cardiologist, Dr. Karen Lurito.
