49 Years Wasn’t Enough
Heart disease is often called a "silent killer," and for my family, that became a devastating reality in 2019. My mother was only 49 when a sudden heart attack took her from us in her sleep. We had no idea she was at risk—and that’s exactly why I’m walking.
I’ve made it my mission to turn my grief into action. Women’s heart health is too often overlooked, and research is the only way to bridge the gap between a hidden symptom and a saved life.
Please consider "having a heart" and helping me reach my goal. Your support funds groundbreaking research that gives mothers, daughters, and friends more time. Let’s make sure 49 years is never the end of the story again.
