Staying active and keeping my body moving has always been important to me — not just for fitness, but for my heart health. I believe our hearts carry us through every moment of our lives, and taking care of them is one of the most powerful investments we can make in our future.
That’s why I’m walking for the American Heart Association. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for men and women, and I want to be part of the movement that changes that. Walking is something I already love to do — but now, every step I take also supports lifesaving research, education, CPR training, and resources for families impacted by heart disease and stroke.
For me, this isn’t just about a single event. It’s about raising awareness, empowering others to prioritize their heart health, and helping create a future where fewer families experience the heartbreak of losing someone too soon.
Every step matters. Every donation makes an impact. And together, we can help save lives.
