Every day in my role as a Clinical Program Supervisor of the Dean Ornish Intensive Cardiac Rehab, I have the privilege of walking beside people whose lives have been forever changed by heart disease. I see their strength. I see their determination. And I see the incredible power of hope—one step, one breath, one milestone at a time.
In cardiac rehab, healing is never a solo journey. It’s built through encouragement, education, and the unwavering belief that recovery is possible. I’ve watched patients take their very first steps after procedures they never imagined facing. I’ve witnessed families rally around their loved ones with fierce devotion. And I’ve seen our team help guide people back to movement, confidence, and joy.
These moments remind me why this cause matters so deeply.
The Heart Walk is more than an event—it’s a celebration of every person who has fought, survived, or been touched by cardiovascular disease. It’s a tribute to the courage I see in my patients every day, and it’s a way for me to honor the stories that continue to inspire my work.
By supporting my fundraising efforts, you help fuel research, education, and lifesaving resources that can change the trajectory of someone’s life—someone’s parent, partner, friend, or child. Someone who deserves a future filled with possibility.
✨ I walk for my patients.
✨ I walk for their families.
✨ I walk because heart health can’t wait—and together, we can make a difference.
