I'm Lynn Hall, the Second Chance Striders' team coach, and on September 20, 2024, I had a heart attack. I was 46 years old. I didn’t have any of the common risk factors, and my heart attack was an uncommon kind. It was caused by Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD). 

We all walk for different reasons, whether we have been personally affected by heart disease or stroke, want to support someone who has been, or simply because we know how prevalent and serious it is, so we want to raise funds for research and build awareness of the risk factors. No matter why we walk, we walk together as a team for a worthy cause.
