We are  walking to help support heart disease in Ernie's name this year. Ernie has had multiple heart procedures and recently  had triple bypass surgery.  He is an amazing hardworking husband, son, dad, fatherinlaw and grandpa and never thought he would have heart disease in his late 40's.

Also we lost multiple family members to heart disease including Ralph Skurka Sr., Ernie's grandfather  JeanNoel Auclair, Raymond Skurka Sr, Raymond Skurka Jr,  Robert and Barbara Call and many more.  

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.
