My names Hannah, and I will be walking formally for my late father. He struggled my whole life with a heart disease called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, which in our case is hereditary, but so far my sister and I are still in the clear!

Although we have no signs of the "HOCOM", I was diagnosed with a cardiac condition known as POTS, which is a tachycardia condition when changing positions. This all hit pretty fast when I was a teenager, and since my father past away a year ago, the symptoms and trying to manage them have grew worse.

I've very thankful for the community, while it may be small, it is mighty, of the POTS buddies I have found to surround myself with who know exactly how much of a struggle it is to live with this chronic disease.

My dad was always my number one supporter, my mom as well, and will this condition it has taken a lot of things I truly love doing from me, but if I can join this walk surround by people that have similar struggles, whether it be themselves or families, I'm willing to struggle and share my family's story, to help raise money so then hopefully one day no one will have to suffer from heart disease or strokes :)
