On 5/15/25 my life forever changed to a heart attack that was never foreseen. I was 56 yrs old and was relatively in good health with zero heart issues when at 1:00 in the morning the unbearable pain and numbness shot through my left arm. Although my wife, Marie was out of State on business for the American Heart Association and with my training in Law Enforcement, I knew exactly what was happening and knew I had a short window to receive the medical attention needed to save my life. I was transported to the hospital where I did in fact suffer a heart attack with a severe dissection of the right coronary artery. I no doubt survived this due to my believe in God, the medical treatment received and the training and awareness of the symptom's of a heart attack that most people don't possess and unfortunately they go untreated, leading to an early death. My mission in this walk is to raise money to educate everyone, young and old to be aware of the symptom's and know when to seek medical attention and/or the ability to perform CPR on someone to save a life. Your donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
