Help Me Fight Heart Disease—One Step at a Time
Earlier this year, my life changed when I was diagnosed with heart disease and underwent bypass surgery. What started as an unexpected diagnosis became a journey that reminded me how precious life truly is. Thanks to outstanding medical care, the unwavering support of my family, friends, and colleagues, and a successful recovery, I have been given the opportunity to keep moving forward.
This November, I’ll be walking in the American Heart Association Heart Walk to help raise funds for lifesaving research, education, and prevention programs. Heart disease remains the #1 cause of death, but together we can help change that.
If you’re able, I would be honored if you would support my journey with a donation. Every contribution—no matter the size—helps the American Heart Association fund research, improve treatments, and give more families the gift of time with the people they love.
On a personal note, I want to thank everyone who reached out, prayed for me, checked in on my family, and supported me throughout my recovery. Your kindness, encouragement, and friendship carried me through one of the most challenging times of my life. I will never forget it, and I am deeply grateful. Walking this year is my way of giving back and helping others have the same chance that I did.
Thank you for your generosity, encouragement, and for joining me in making a difference. I look forward to walking with gratitude and purpose, knowing we’re helping create healthier futures for countless families.
Together, let’s take steps to save lives.
