In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.

On July 28, 2025, I experienced a sudden cardiac arrest while working out at the gym. Not exactly how I planned to spend my day! Thanks to some incredible people who jumped into action, I'm lucky to be here, healthy, active, and enjoying life!

This November, I'm excited to once again participate in the 2026 Greater Washington Region American Heart Association Heart Walk, this time celebrating my first full year as a survivor!

My experience is a reminder that cardiac emergencies can happen to anyone, at any age, and without warning. That's why supporting the American Heart Association and its work in lifesaving research, CPR education, and awareness means so much to me.
