As many of you may or may not know, I have been blessed with 3 extra chances at life. My story is that I was born with a heart defect that nobody found until I was in my mid 40's. I have had 3 heart surgeries, 2 Open Heart and one Experimental Surgery where I am patient 001. My last open heart surgery was in 2023. I now have a mechincal Aortic Valve and a mechanical Mitral Valve and would not be alive today without them. Yes, I literraly tick all day and night now because of the mechanical valves but that is a good thing.
You all are my "WHY" for doing this and my passion for this Cause. I would like everyone to have Heart Health Awareness and to get your heart checked out. I want to make a difference and give back! I am fortunate.
