JOIN MY HEART WALK TEAM
In 2016, at just 41 years old, I survived a heart attack—one I never saw coming. I was young, active, healthy, and had no obvious risk factors. But heart disease doesn’t care about age, fitness level, or lifestyle. It is the #1 killer of women.
I walk because I’m grateful to still be here.
I walk because the American Heart Association helped save my life by supporting the research, treatments, and tools that made my recovery possible.
And I walk because no one should go through what I did without knowing the signs—or knowing someone cares enough to fight for them.
This year, I’m inviting YOU to be part of that fight.

Every step matters. Every person matters.
Together, we can save lives.
I would be truly honored to walk beside you.
