After years of my grandfather trying different forms treatments for his cardiomyopathy, nothing was working. Because somebody else was an organ donor, my grandfather is still able to be here today and have an entirey new chance at life. Over 10 years ago, my grandfather recieved a total heart transplant that saved his life at AGH Hospital.
