Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!

In 2019, my husband Mike had a successful open heart surgery to repair a damaged heart valve and my good friend and co-worker, Cathi suffered a stroke. We are so fortunate in both case, to have received the help and benefit of research funded by the American Heart Association.

Because my life has been touched in such a positive way by the work of the American Heart Association, I have chosen to volunteer my time for the organization of the 2026 Eastern CT Heart Walk and I will also be coaching a team of UConn Avery Point faculty, staff, students and family members for this year!
