Every night, while much of the country sleeps, third shift goes to work.

We answer the call to support one of our nation's most important defense programs-the Columbia-class submarine. The mission demands precision, accountability, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to one another. Success is never the result of one individual. It is built by teams who understand that every role matters and every person counts.

That same philosophy is why we are participating in the American Heart Association Heart Walk.

Heart disease has touched countless families, workplaces, and communities-including our own. Supporting this cause is another way we serve: by investing in the health and well-being of the people who make the mission possible.

As third shift, we know what it means to work when no one is watching. We know what it means to answer the mission, overcome challenges, and leave things better than we found them.
