In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. Most of the time, it's because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
I’m walking for someone who will always be a part of me — my brother.
In 1997, I lost my 29-year-old brother to a massive heart attack. Twenty-nine. Far too young. His loss left a hole in our family that can never truly be filled.
So much has changed since then. Research has come a long way. We understand more about heart disease, prevention, and the importance of awareness. But there is still so much more to learn, and so many more lives to save.
That’s why I’m walking and raising funds for the American Heart Association. I’m walking in my brother’s memory, for the families who have experienced the heartbreak of losing someone too soon, and for the hope that someday fewer families will have to.
If you’re able to make a donation, I would be deeply grateful. Every contribution helps fund research, education, awareness, and lifesaving work.
I walk because I remember.
I walk because I care.
And I walk because I believe we can make a difference.
For my brother, and for all the tomorrows he never got to see.
Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
Extraordinary starts with YOU. Help me reach my goal today!
