As some of you may know, the Haas family has become quite familiar with heart disease over the past few years. Our lives were turned upside down in 2023 when Matt was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy. After a successful LVAD surgery, we now are waiting impatiently for him to receive a new heart via transplant.

In the meantime, we are raising awareness about the prevalence of heart disease in America. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
