Why WE Walk...Our lives have been affected by heart disease many times over the years. My brother, Chris passed away 25 yrs ago from a heart attack at age 37 while training for a triathlon. Our daughter in law lost her brother at age 23 and her mother at age 29 from the same heart disease that she has. Scott had a heart attack in 2017 at age 50 that damaged 30% of his heart.  We also lost a friend in 2017 a week after he walked in the Heart Walk with us. He passed from an arterial embolism while exercising on his treadmill. Heart disease doesn’t discriminate. We all need to care for our hearts and help others do the same.

Our participation in the Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day.  Please help us reach this lifesaving goal by donating today. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone.

Thank you in advance for your support!
