Heart attacks don't discriminate by age. I learned that firsthand on the morning of July 7th, 2025.

My name is Scott Treon. I'm 30 years old, and I live in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. I had no family history of heart disease, no smoking, no hard drug use, and no serious weight issues, yet I was suddenly facing a 95% blockage in my LAD artery, the one they call "the widow maker."

I'm here today because of the quick thinking and skilled hands of the medical professionals who cared for me that morning, and because of the modern medical research that made their work possible. I'm endlessly grateful to every one of them. An emergency stent gave me a second chance, and I've made a full recovery.

I know how lucky I am. Every day since has felt like a gift. I'll keep raising money and awareness for this cause for as long as I can — because I got a second chance at life, and every day I get to watch my daughter grow up is proof of why it matters!
