In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
Nine out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive. Most of the time, it’s because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
This mission is deeply personal to me. Heart disease has touched my family in more ways than I wish it had. I've lost both my grandfather and my uncle to heart attacks, and just last year another uncle suffered a heart attack but was fortunate enough to survive. Those experiences are a reminder that heart disease impacts so many families—including mine—and that every advancement in research, prevention, education, and emergency response has the potential to save someone's loved one.
That's why I'm proud to be participating in this year's American Heart Association Heart Walk. Whether you choose to walk alongside me, make a donation, or simply help spread awareness, your support truly makes a difference.
Together, we can create more survivors, more milestones, and more heartbeats.
Thank you for helping me support this incredible cause.
