I was born with congenital heart disease and had my first open-heart surgery at just six years old. Two years ago, I underwent another open-heart surgery to replace my aortic valve, and I now live with a pacemaker. I will also need additional surgeries in the future, which is why continued advancements in heart care and technology are so important to me
