As we lace up our shoes and join together for the American Heart Association Walk, we carry the memory of our dear friend and coworker, Carole Griffin, in our hearts.  Her sudden passing reminds us of the importance of taking care of our cardiovascular health. We walk not only in her honor, but also to raise awareness and support for heart health initiatives. Let's stride forward with determination, knowing that every step we take brings us closer to a healthy heart.
