Led by our 2020 Heart Walk Chairman, Tim Gillis of KPMG, the Greater Washington Heart Walk is scheduled for Saturday November 7th.  We are calling for all walkers and teams to REGISTER TODAY.  Whether you decide to participate individually or get your place of work involved, you can have an positive impact on the health of our community!

The Heart Walk is a fun and meaningful way to celebrate heart and stroke survivors, raise lifesaving funds and encourage physical activity.

“Now, more than ever, we’re all looking for ways to connect with others, stay active and stay encouraged. So when the American Heart Association reached out and asked KPMG to chair the 2020 Heart Walk, I immediately thought about our culture of wellness and our commitment to community impact,” said Gillis. “Moreover, heart health depends on physical activity, stress management, mindfulness, and nutrition—the very same tools we all rely on to keep us strong and well in any health landscape.”

By participating in the Heart Walk, you’re joining a million Heart Walk Heroes from across the nation raising funds for lifesaving science. Science that can teach us all how to live longer and be Healthy For Good.

Take a few minutes to consider the lives you are going to help change for the better through your leadership and donations. We’re talking more moms, dads, brothers, aunts and babies' lives saved. Help keep hearts everywhere beating. Let’s take steps together to cure heart disease and stroke.
