This year's Heart Walk will be the biggest ever. While you celebrate with us, you'll also join 1 million walkers from across the nation as we all move as one.

Take a moment to consider your impact. You will keep hearts beating. The hearts of moms, dads, brothers, aunts and babies. And this year's donations will help fast track COVID-19 research and train front-line workers while we continue the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Jason’s Why
- When I was asked to co-chair the 2021 North Country Heart Challenge I was more than happy to accept. Heart Disease and related illnesses impact millions of Americans every year including members of my immediate family. I see this as a great opportunity to fundraise and promote awareness about heart disease and stroke. I look forward to contributing to others living healthy and saving live. | Melissa’s Why - I support the American Heart Association and their mission because for the majority of my life, I’ve taken my own heart’s health for granted. After losing a close family member suddenly and unexpectedly to a heart attack, it made me realize that you don’t always need to wait for a “sign” to be concerned. I want to encourage others to be more proactive, to make healthier life choices, and to help support the message and the mission to as many as possible. Being a leader for our company over the past few years has been such a fulfilling position knowing that the work we’ve done, the awareness we’ve spread, and the funds we’ve raised have made a huge difference in the lives of others.
