Team Cardiac Rehab is comprised of passionate clinicians and patients who come together to walk in support of the American Heart Association's mission of detecting, preventing, and and treating heart disease.

Our tradional cardiac rehab and intensive cardiac rehab programs assist patients who have recently been impacted by cardiac events in addressing their cardiovascular disease risk factors in an effort to prevent secondary events.  

Our mission is to provide a supportive and positive environment which promotes patients to adopt lifestyle changes that will lead to achievement of optimal health and wellness.  Our mutidisciplinary team of clinicians offer many services in addition to medically supervised exercise to address whole person health.

This year we hope to raise $15,000 in support of the AHA.
