My sister Cindy was my hero. She was my #1 fan, cheerleader, advocate, and confidant. She suddenly passed away from a hemorrhagic stroke that was not caught in time. She may be gone, but I will never stop talking about her. She was so full of life and had the most genuine personality. I miss her more than words could ever express!!

Her story doesnt end here though. \u200bHer story is the motivation I needed to focus on my health, both mental and physical. Her story is the reason I preach to everyone near and dear to get annual physicals, a full panel bloodwork, and focus on functional movement so your body can continue to mow the lawn, run around with your kids, and go on international vacations!!
