Nine out of ten people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death. CPR Training is one of many lifesaving measures used to help save lives.  As one who is a heart disease survivor,  I am fully aware of how important research is and how much it is needed to ensure everyone enjoys a heart healthy life.
